Welcome! I am so excited to work with you on your natural nail journey! To ensure the best experience, please make note of my policies: Cancellations and Rescheduling: Your appointments are very important to me. While life happens, I do ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or adjustments. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. - No-shows will forfeit 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrival: I operate on a strict schedule to ensure that every client gets the time, care, and detail they deserve. If you are running late, please text me as soon as possible - Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the standard cancellation fee will apply. - Alternatively, we may need to shorten your service- simplify your nail art- to fit the remaining time slot, at the full service price. Nail Art and Design: Intricate nail art takes time! To ensure we have enough time to bring your vision to life, please select the appropriate Nail Art Tier (Tier 1, 2, or 3) and structured or gel when booking your service. If you are unsure which tier your inspo falls into, please send me a message at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can adjust your booking block. Foreign Product Removal Fee: To maintain strict safety standards, I will charge a separate fee of $20 for removing product that was done outside of my work. Please try and come with bare nails! I take pride in my quality of work. If your gel chips or lifts within 7 days of your appointment, please contact me immediately. I will gladly fix the affected nails free of charge, provided the damage is caused by application issues.
